The PMR-30 is a lightweight, full size pistol (.22WMR). The PMR-30 operates on a unique hybrid blow back/locked-breech system, allowing for the use of a wide variety of ammunition as it seamlessly adjusts depending on the pressure of the cartridge. It uses a flush fit, double stack Zytel nylon magazine with round count ports. The trigger is a crisp single action with an over travel stop. It has a thumb-activated ambidextrous safety lever. The slide locks back after the last shot and a manual slide lock lever is also provided. The slide and barrel are 4140 steel, the frame is 7075 aluminum. The grip, slide cover, trigger, mag release, and safety levers are glass reinforced nylon (Zytel). Other features include: dual opposing extractors for reliability, heel magazine release to aid in magazine retention, dovetailed aluminum front sight, Picatinny accessory rail under the barrel, urethane recoil buffer, and captive coaxial recoil springs. It has a fluted barrel for light weight and effective heat dissipation. PMR30 disassembles for cleaning by removal of a single pin. The patented, dual-extractor system maintains control of the case from the moment it leaves the magazine and upon firing, pulls the fired case from the chamber and lifts them to push them into an ejection chute above the barrel, where they exit. The Bullpup configuration and tilting-block mechanism allow the 18" model to be only 26.1" long, or as much as 14" shorter in overall length than its competitors with equal barrel lengths. Furthermore, the stock and mechanism cross-section is similar to a conventional rifle, in stark contrast to existing Bullpup rifles. The RFB is also the safest Bullpup ever developed because the breech is separated from the shooters face by two layers of 1.6 mm steel. In the highly unlikely event of a case rupture, gas expansion is directed downwards through the magazine well to protect the shooters head and face.

One 20-round magazine is included, and the RFB comes with a two point sling that can be easily configured to suit the user's preference.

Kel-Tec's semi-automatic Sub-2000 is a rifle chambered for pistol cartridges and can accept most double column handgun magazines. The Sub-2000 is classified as a "sub-rifle" because of its small size, light weight, and the use of a pistol cartridge. It is intended as a compliment to the handgun with which it would have full interchangeability in ammunition and magazines. Easily be disassembled for cleaning or inspection without tools, it is ideal for backpacking trips and situations where space and convenience are paramount. By rotating the barrel upwards and back, the Sub-2000 can be instantly reduced to a size of 16.25" x 7" for ease of storage. The Sub-2000 has a 3-position stock providing an adjustable LOP (13-14.25"), and two integrated Picatinny rails on the forend for mounting accessories. The ergonomic charging handle is located under the bolt tube for ambidextrous operation. It has a ghost ring rear sight and an adjustable front sight with a removable T6 6061 aluminum housing. This model comes with a 17-round magazine. It is compatible with Glock 17 mags.
