The Legion P226 is finished in a proprietary Legion gray Cerakote coating with custom G-10 grips with a Legion medallion, the SIG SAUER Electro-Optics X-RAY high visibility day/night sights and comes with three magazines.  The P226 in DA/SA features a reduced and contoured Elite beavertail, which allows for a higher grip, but a reduced profile, thus eliminating printing.  The frame includes aggressive front strap checkering and additional checkering under the trigger guard enhance the grip and an X-Five undercut has been applied to the trigger guard, allowing for a higher grip.  Front cocking serrations provide purchase for cycling the action, clearing the firearm, or conducting press checks.  The DA/SA in 9 mm features low profile de-cocking and slide catch levers to reduce the risk of snagging and includes an enhanced polished action with the SRT (Short-Reset Trigger) augmented with a Grayguns, Inc. designed P-SAIT trigger.  In addition, a solid steel guide rod adds weight to reduce muzzle rise.  The Sig P226 Legion is a full size double/single action pistol with a 4.4" barrel and is ideally suited for a variety of defensive or competitive uses.  It features a unique Gray Cerakote finish and includes G10 grips and Sig's X-Ray3 Night sights.  It includes three 15 round magazines and the manufacturer's part number is E26R-9-LEGION.
