The X-Bolt Pro is just about as close to a custom rifle as it gets. What classifies it as "semi-custom" is the level of specialized finishing touches and higher end construction above the already top-tier X-Bolt family of hunting rifles. First, the X-Bolt Pro models feature a true carbon fiber stock, making it extremely lightweight and rigid. The stock is also filled with a noise-dampening foam. In addition to the carbon fiber stock, this rifle includes a number of upgrades. The sporter contour barrel is fluted and capped with a Sporter Recoil Hawg that tames felt recoil up to 76% for more comfortable shooting. A thread protector is also included. The Browning X-Bolt Pro Big game bolt-action hunting rifle features a true carbon fiber stock with a natural finish filled with noise-dampening foam; non-reflective matte blued, fluted Sporter contour barrel and action; spiral fluted bolt; M13x0.75 muzzle threading; three lever Feather trigger; X-Lock scope mount and Inflex recoil pad. Includes Sporter Recoil Hawg muzzle brake and thread protector. This limited production model also has a durable non-reflective matte blued finish.
