The Taurus® TX22™ Semi-Auto Rimfire Pistol is constructed with an ergonomic polymer frame, and a machined, 7075 aluminum slide, anodized matte black. A Pittman Trigger System (PTS) provides a clean break, and a short reset provides increased trigger control. A hidden trigger safety guards against unintentional rearward movement, while offering a clean trigger face compared to blade-style safeties. A manual thumb safety backs up several internal safety mechanisms.
