The Prodigy is Springfield Armory's 9mm double-stack offering based on the proven 1911 platform. Built around a double stack magazine, the compact polymer grip module mounts to a forged steel frame and offers a capacity of 20+1 rounds.  Developed in collaboration with Agency Arms, the AOS (Agency Optic System) uses plates designed exclusively for the 1911 DS. Machined from billet steel, each plate is designed for proper sight picture for the specific optic. The Prodigy utilizes a 1911 DS magazine constructed from 410 stainless steel with witness holes. Designed for cross compatibility with 2011 platforms. This Prodigy DS Package includes 4 Total Magazines - (1) 20+1 Mag AND (3) 17+1 Mags, Range Bag, & Viridian RFX11 Green Dot Optic!
