No tools are required to quickly fieldstrip the rifle down to a few large parts that are not easily misplaced, and it reassembles just as quickly. A flat, rubber butt-plate keeps the rifle on the shoulder during rapid fire. A ghost ring, adjustable rear aperture sight and a protected, 3-prong post front sight provide for rapid target acquisition and hold up to rugged use. Integral scope mounts are machined into the receiver for mounting an optical sight with the included Ruger scope rings.
