The new Liberty 1911 is the latest patriotic commemorative pistol, echoing the sentiments of our Founding Fathers in warning all tyrants to tread on American liberty at their peril. Freedom loving patriots have always been prepared to oppose tyranny with the ferocity of a poisonous snake. No better symbol of that exists than the Gadsden Flag, with its legendary motto “Don’t Tread on Me!” This custom 1911 is engraved with “Liberty..Death” on the right side of the slide, set around the original Presidential Seal. The left side of the slide has the words “Don’t..Tread”, surrounded by the snake from the Gadsden flag. Custom Gonaclo wood grips feature 13 stars surrounding the Liberty Bell on the right panel, and “DTOM” on the left. The finish is a custom Cerakote mix of Brown and Black. This gun starts as an Auto-Ordnance GI Model 1911, made entirely in the United States. It features a 5” barrel, GI sights, and is chambered in .45 ACP. One seven round magazine is included.

The “I Stand” 1911 honors all those who sacrificed their lives in the service of our country. For this reason, the phrase “All Gave Some, Some Gave All” is engraved on the dust cover. At Kahr Firearms Group, we stand for the National Anthem, and behind the men and women who keep us free. Thus the words “I Stand” are engraved on the right side of the slide. “Freedom Is Not Free” is engraved on the left side of the slide, a powerful reminder of the many who have paid the ultimate price for our freedom. The American Flag is on the right grip, and the left grip depicts a battlefield memorial for a fallen warrior. The finish is a worn Cerakote in black and gray. Underneath is the same made in the USA, Auto-Ordnance GI 1911 that you know and trust. Each pistol is a 5”, GI pattern 1911, chambered in .45 ACP. The slide, sear, and disconnector are machined from solid bar stock, properly heat treated for many thousands of rounds of reliable shooting. The sights, safety, trigger, and beavertail are GI pattern. Unlike GI guns, all Auto-Ordnance 1911s are precisely machined to modern standards. This guarantees that the GI 1911 may look like the original, but will shoot with a degree of accuracy far superior to the military guns. The Bootlegger Thompson and 1911 are works of art, and refined shooting implements. Each gun is artfully engraved with depictions of 1920s autos, newspaper print, wanted posters, and historical images from the time. The Thompson barrel is marked “Speakeasy”. The 1911 slide and Thompson receiver are engraved “Bootlegger Prohibition Edition”, and “150 Proof Tennessee Moonshine”. Beautiful scrollwork covers the American Walnut wood furniture, and sections of the steel. The finish is distressed Bronze Cerakote with a clear coating overlayed. The wood furniture is also distressed and then stained. Both guns are completely American made firearms, chambered in .45 ACP. This 1911 comes with one 7 round magazine.
