    Kel-Tec's semi-automatic Sub-2000 is a rifle chambered for pistol cartridges and can accept most double column handgun magazines. The Sub-2000 is classified as a "sub-rifle" because of its small size, light weight, and the use of a pistol cartridge. It is intended as a compliment to the handgun with which it would have full interchangeability in ammunition and magazines. Easily be disassembled for cleaning or inspection without tools, it is ideal for backpacking trips and situations where space and convenience are paramount. By rotating the barrel upwards and back, the Sub-2000 can be instantly reduced to a size of 16.25" x 7" for ease of storage. The Sub-2000 has a 3-position stock providing an adjustable LOP (13-14.25"), and two integrated Picatinny rails on the forend for mounting accessories. The ergonomic charging handle is located under the bolt tube for ambidextrous operation. It has a ghost ring rear sight and an adjustable front sight with a removable T6 6061 aluminum housing. The single action trigger mechanism, bolt stop, ambidextrous safety levers, and mag catch are also identical. The CMR-30 rifle includes a collapsible stock and the 16” barrel is threaded 1/2”-28 to accept many different muzzle attachments. The multi-position collapsible stock allows for a short overall length of 22.7” with the stock collapsed, and 30.6” when extended. The long top picatinny rail will accept a multitude of different optics, and the removable under picatinny rail is included. The ambidextrous operating handles are non-reciprocating and latch in the forward position. The stock latch lever is also ambidextrous and located just in front of the trigger guard. An integral sling loop is included near the rear of the grip, on both sides.  The CMR-30 is constructed of hard-coat anodized aluminum for the upper assembly and rails and houses the steel barrel.     In early October 2014, Kahr introduced the latest addition to their double-action compact pistol product line - the Kahr CT380. The CT380 features a 3.0 inch barrel, an overall length of 5.52 inches and a height of 4.4 inches. It weighs just 11.44 ounces without a magazine. The pistol has a black polymer frame and features 4140 steel inserts molded into the front and back of the frame for added rigidity. It has a machined, solid 416 matte stainless steel slide and a textured polymer grip.

    The Kahr CT380 features a lock breech, modified Browning type recoil lug, and features the "safe cam" action and offset recoil lug barrel design found in all Kahr pistols. The result is a compact pistol with very little felt recoil and quick follow-up shots. The pistol features drift adjustable white bar-dot combat rear sight and pinnedin polymer front sight. Lastly, the slide locks back after firing the last round – another feature missing on a number of other value-priced compact semi-auto pistols.
