    Product Description

American law enforcement has an enduring history as old as the nation itself. Henry is extremely proud to introduce the Henry Golden Boy Law Enforcement Tribute Edition. It’s perfect as a cherished presentation gift for retiring law officers or to celebrate any special law enforcement occasion.  Henry’s distinctive Golden Boy receiver is elegantly festooned with graceful 24K gold-plated engraving patterned by world-renowned engraver Heidi Roos. The bold American-style scrollwork makes this commemorative, heirloom-quality rifle a true functional work of art that pays a fitting tribute to those who have sworn an oath to serve and protect. Any active duty or retired law enforcement officer will proudly display, shoot and pass along this special firearm to the next generation.

    Law Enforcement Tribute Features
    • The right side of the nickel plated receiver is adorned with an ornate sculpted scroll, a law enforcement badge and a gold banner inscribed IN TRIBUTE TO THOSE IN THE LINE OF DUTY. Detailed engravings of the iconic police officer’s hat and a set of handcuffs highlight the front panel.
    • The left side showcases an elegant engraving of St. Michael the Archangel – the patron saint of police – with a sword in one hand and the scales of justice in the other. A banner with the motto TO PROTECT AND SERVE flanks the figure. The American Flag is prominently displayed in a place of honor on the front panel.
    • The hand-selected American walnut stock is laser etched with the image of the American bald eagle set in a hand-painted royal blue circle with the words GOD BLESS AMERICA’S FINEST.

It’s a state known the world over for its hard-fought legacy, charming spirit, and the distinct pride that comes along with being a Texan.  And that’s not to mention the cowboy hats, boots, brisket, and football.  Texas is at the heart and soul of what makes our country great and Henry is proud to offer the Texas Tribute Edition as homage to the great Lone Star State.  The inspiration for this rifle dates to a critical point in Texas history in 1901 with the eruption of the first gusher on Spindletop.  This discovery of black gold (or Texas Tea) would change the course of Texas forever and revolutionize the progress of our country.

Never seen on a Henry rifle before it, the Texas Tribute Edition features a deep black stain on all the walnut furniture, which provides a stark contrast to the gold and brass highlights throughout the rest of the rifle. The wood is then studded on both sides with inlaid metal 5-pointed stars that perfectly match the “Lone Star Flag” motif that is found on the buttstock surrounded by the Texas state outline. The left side of the buttstock is a bit more subdued with a lone star inlaid towards the buttplate.  There’s no doubt that Texans love their guns. That’s why Henry pulled out all the stops to create a rifle as unique as the state that it represents.  Remember the Alamo and Don’t Mess with Texas!

The Lever Action Axe .410 is a scabbard and shoot again and again shotgun. It has the same 5-round capacity of 2 shells as its larger Lever Action .410 Shotgun counterparts, but the addition of a loading gate means that you can keep that capacity topped off at all times without needing to remove a tube magazine. Another practical advantage is its size. With a barrel length of just under 16 and an overall length of just over 26 the Axe can be stored in far more places than your average long gun. The barrel is finished off with a brass bead front sight and invector style threads that are fitted with a removable full choke right out of the box. The axe handle pistol grip gives the firearm its name and is engraved on the bottom with the iconic Henry Cowboy logo for that unmistakable touch of Henry class.

A caliber that traces its origins from the battlefield to its modern-day presence in hunting camps across the country.  Introduced by the U.S. Army in 1873, this cartridge was first known as the .45 Government. As it made its way into commercially produced firearms the name .45-70 appeared, because it was loaded with a 70 grain blackpowder charge with 405 and 500 grain bullets. Virtually all rifle making companies of the late 19th century chambered their single shots and lever actions for the .45-70. As those companies and their rifles faded away, the .45-70’s popularity did not. Factory .45-70 ammunition has been cataloged continuously since 1873 but never in the variety of loadings available now, in the 21st century. They range from 405 grain lead bullet, low-velocity loads for deer hunting and target shooting to high-velocity 300 to 400 grain jacketed bullet ones meant for large game. This Henry Lever action rifle features a blued steel octagonal barrel with a brass receiver that is tapped for a Weaver mount. Other features include fully adjustable semi-buckhorn rear sight and a brass beaded front sight, and an American walnut with a brass buttplate.

The Henry Lever Action is a classic Western-style lever action rifle, and one of the most popular .22s on the market today. The reason for its popularity is because it shoots great, looks great and is remarkably affordable - about half the price of the competition.

The Henry Lever Action features an extremely attractive American walnut stock, the quality of which can only be found on guns three times the price. The action is exceptionally smooth, so smooth many first timers remark that they cannot believe the rifle has any internal parts. You simply have to get one into your own two hands and cycle the action a few times to see for yourself.

The Henry Lever Action also features side ejection, an adjustable rear sight, a hooded front sight and a grooved receiver for mounting a scope. The blued steel barrel is machined with state of the art multiple groove rifling. The result is a highly accurate shooter.

Like stagecoaches, swinging saloon doors and Pony Express riders, there are many innovations of the Old West that have long faded from use and live on only in Western movies and history books.  But there are still a few frontier staples that were so effective and ahead of their time that they remain in use today. Take, for instance, the intimidating octagonal barrels commonly found on the repeating rifles of that period. These heavy-duty workhorses sported added mass and extra weight to aid in heat absorption, making them the forerunners to the bull barrels used on modern target and varmint rifles.

So as a tip of our Stetson in honor of this timeless barrel style, we replaced the standard round barrel normally used on our world-famous .22 LR and .22 Magnum rifles with a classic 20? octagonal model, like those favored by the cowpunchers, lawmen, homesteaders and outlaws who blazed the trail westward across America. You can also opt for the 24? barrel option to really tighten up those groups at the range. We rounded out this traditional look with an easy-to-adjust Marbles semi-buckhorn rear sight with a diamond insert and a highly visible brass beaded front sight seated in standard 3/8"dovetail slots. A metal barrel band secures both the barrel and the high-capacity tubular magazine to the high-grade American walnut stock.

If you prefer a more modern look, the receiver is grooved so you can top off any rifle in this line with your choice of scopes. Both the stock and forearm are crafted of the same richly grained hand-finished American walnut typically found on rifles costing up to three times as much.

The Henry Side Gate Wildlife delivers great precision and performance in a durable and reliable rifle design. It comes chambered in 45-70 Govt with an 18.43" barrel.  Features include a walnut stock, a brass bead front sight, an adjustable rear sight, and a 4+1 capacity.  The H010GWL in .45-70 is a trim powerhouse with its 18.43” barrel under semi-buckhorn rear and tall brass bead front sights. A checkered pistol grip walnut stock, sling swivel studs, and ventilated black rubber recoil pad fill out the package. Again sharing the .45-70 brass Wildlife Edition’s engraving pattern, a 24K gold relief profile of a bear adorns the left side of the blued frame inside gold-accented scroll, line, and braided borders, with a gold relief image of a moose head on the right side.  Built to bring home the bacon (or whatever your hunt takes you after), these special steel-framed Wildlife models are a cut above, and a point of pride.

In the late 1850s, metallic cartridges were the coming wave of firearms technology, and besides the difficulties inherent to developing reliable and effective self-contained rounds the new ammunition demanded equally new gun designs capable of taking full advantage of what the quick-loading cartridge offered. Cartridges that revolutionized a field of slow-loading, slow-firing, and slow-reloading powder & ball single-shots freed designers to create a rifle that could keep up, and the very talented Benjamin Tyler Henry quickly stepped to the front in both areas. The result was the legendary repeating rifle that became known as the 1860 Henry, in .44 Henry Rimfire.  A pioneering design in a reliable and practical lever action repeater, and adopted in limited numbers by Northern forces during the Civil War, the Henry was the 16-shot rifle enviously (and angrily) referred to by Southern soldiers as “That damned Yankee rifle that loads on Sunday and shoots all week long!”

In the days when the average soldier was expected to be able to fire up to three rounds per minute through his muzzle-loading Springfield rifle, a small unit armed with Henry rifles could provide the firepower of an entire company. That ground-breaking lever action rifle design was the foundation for a uniquely American class of long guns that’s still with us today, over 155 years later.  With great effort, and more than a little pride in a job well done, Henry has brought back the Original Henry Rifle, made entirely on US soil, just as B. T. Henry’s rifles were. True to Henry’s 1860 patterns and patents, and virtually identical aside from concessions necessary to adapt to the .44-40 centerfire rounds that replaced the long-obsolete rimfires, the H011R features a shorter 20.5" barrel, and comes fitted with a one-piece octagonal barrel and magazine, fancy grade American Walnut stock, a classic folding ladder rear sight and blade front, traditional half-cock safety hammer notch, and no modernized manual safeties. The H011R Rare Carbine version uses a 20.5" barrel and 10 round capacity.

The Henry Silver Eagle is based on the engraved scroll and silver-plated Serial Number 9 Henry Rifle presented to US Secretary of the Navy Gideon Welles by The New Haven Arms Company. Welles served under President Lincoln, distinguished himself as a political leader nationally, and was one of the organizers of the Republican Party. Secretary Welles was also instrumental in the creation of the Navy’s Medal of Honor. Using original photos and hand drawings of the Gideon Welles Serial Number 9 as reference, the master plate used in the creation of the new Silver Eagle pattern was hand cut for production with full coverage on both sides of the receiver cover. The Silver Eagle pattern, like the Henry Rifle itself, is one piece of American history without rival. This model is built on the award-winning Henry Golden Boy platform. The rifle features a traditional 20" octagonal barrel outfitted with buckhorn sights; a gunsmithing masterpiece that closely mirrors its legendary predecessors, the original Henrys when they were patented in 1860.

There are few things as deeply ingrained into American firearms culture as a lever action .45-70 rifle, especially when it’s made right here on U.S. soil. It evokes images and fantasies of days past while still being wholly capable in the hands of a modern hunter. The Lever Action X Model .45-70 borrows all that nostalgia and crams it into a feature-packed modern big bore rifle that begs to be put through the wringer. Tough synthetic furniture provides a lightweight and worry-free alternative to our typical hardwood and accommodates in-line sling swivel studs, a Picatinny rail, and M-Lok accessory slots on the forestock. The solid rubber recoil pad ensures that the buttstock won’t slip and slide around while shooting a cartridge that can take down even the largest game in the world. The blued steel barrel is topped off with fiber optic sights for quick target acquisition and the muzzle end is threaded (5/8×24 pitch) to accept a suppressor or any other muzzle device you choose. Continuing with the theme of modularity, the rifle’s receiver is drilled and tapped to accept your choice of optics. Keeping true to our roots, the Lever Action X Model .45-70 utilizes a 4-round removable tube magazine for convenient unloading, and the addition of a side loading gate allows that magazine to be kept topped off without needing to remove the tube or suppressor. Whether you’re in need of a lightweight brush gun, versatile hog dropper, rugged deer gun, dedicated truck gun, or all the above, you will be hard-pressed to find a better option. The lever action .45-70 has been around forever, but that doesn’t mean it needs to stop evolving to meet modern needs.
