The New Ruger Model Super Blackhawk is powerful, single-action performance. The models are chambered in the powerful 44 Magnum, but also accept factory .44 Special cartridges, which deliver superb accuracy and a milder recoil. The Ruger Super Blackhawk Hunter revolver features a patented transfer bar mechanism and loading gate interlock which provide an unparalleled measure of security against accidental discharge. The cold hammer-forged barrel results in ultra-precise rifling that provides exceptional accuracy, longevity and easy cleaning. Its traditional western-style, hand-filling grip is comfortable and has natural pointing of any grip style.
The Super Blackhawk Hunter also has a cold hammer-forged barrel, adjustable rear and fixed front sights, and coil springs throughout for reliable durability. The Hunter model features patented integral mounts that are machined directly onto the solid-steel barrel rib, which provides a stable mounting surface for scope rings. These models are packed with all the features of the New Model Blackhawk, but they boast the power of 44 magnum chambering. Integral scope rings are also included with this purchase. This Ruger Blackhawk model has a 7.5″ stainless steel barrel, frame, and cylinder. It also has a classy gray/black wood laminate grip!
