The GLOCK G47 Gen5 MOS 9mm Luger Semi-Automatic Pistol was originally a special order contract pistol made specifically for the needs and requirements of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Being steeped in history of U.S. Government Contracts and being build with modularity in mind this pistol brings new ideas to the commercial retail market. The frame is most similar to a Glock G45 and the slide is most similar to a Glock G17. The secret sauce is the Glock 47 slide is compatible with a Glock 45 frame which means the same slide will also be compatible with a Glock G19 Frame. Other features include Glock Marksman barrel, 3 separate automatic safeties, flared magwell, ambidextrous slide stop levers, adapter plate and interchangeable backstraps. The G47 Gen5 features flared magwell has a larger funnel; Glock Marksman Barrel (GMB) more aggressive polygonal rifling with a target-style crown and tighter chamber specs; ambidextrous slide stop levers offer increased ergonomics for left-hand shooters and shooting with the support hand; removal of finger grooves; Safe Action System, safeties disengage sequentially as the trigger is pulled and automatically re-engage when the trigger is released; enlarged floor plate makes it easier to pull the magazine free of the pistol and customizable frame size with backstraps in two sizes with beavertail. The multiple backstrap frame allows the users to change the circumference of the grip to fit their individual hand size. Includes one adapter plate, three magazines, mag loader, cleaning kit, pistol case and gun lock.
